Hey, I'm Aaron, currently living in Florida, and I'm excited to be in this forum. I'm new to real estate and am attracted to the STR model. Ideally I'm looking to play the silent investor role and be hands off, while providing the finance for someone or a team who already have an established business buying, furnishing, and managing AirBnBs around the country. This way I can help them continue to expand their business and in return I get a new source of passive income.
