Hello everyone! I've been lurking around the BP blogs and newsletter for some time now, but I finally bit the bullet and signed up. I am an aspiring investor, currently renting. My partner and I are interested in buy-and-hold investing, landlording, and owner-occupied multi-family rental situations.
