Introducing Dallas Texan Brittney Andrews!!!!
Hello All!
First and foremost I want to express my sheer excitement for being apart of the community! I feel like I'm getting closer and closer to my dreams! (Cha Ching- "Can I get a hot tub?!?", dolla, dolla bill y'all.)
As mentioned on my profile I am an extreme novice, at this point I am just trying to soak up all the knowledge I can and then jump in head first!
My ultimate goal is to be a strong influence on revamping the South Dallas/ Fair park area, and the Parkrow areas namely. I want to do this by using a number of methods from fix-flipping to renting properties. I even want to get into the commercial real estate side of it as well, so I can holistically and diversely have a positive impact on the economic development of this community. There is so much potential for this area, and what sparked my interest is that it is so close to Deep Ellum, Downtown, and it has its own source of entertainment- Fair Park!
I am so optimistic about my aspirations and I look forward to sharing my goals and ultimate successes with the connections I build on BP!
