Hey hey, Anthony here living in sunny San Diego. I will be moving to SE Connecticut August 2022. I am currently active duty navy and looking to continue my quest toward financial freedom. I am in the middle of getting my license and trying to figure out the best place to start my real estate investment journey. I am specifically looking for expertise to help me leverage benefits I get as a member of the military. I have an open mind with respect to types of rentals and locations. I am willing to get creative and take some risks. Cheers!

Anthony,

As a Military member a great way if you have not already used it is to take out your DD-214 submit that with your application to a bank/lender an take advantage of your VA 100% financing mortgage loan! If you already have a primary tap into the equity and do a cash out refinance and buy a another home while rates are still low.
