Newbie house hacker in Chicago!
Hey community members -
I'm excited to have joined the BP community! Thought I post a quick intro to start getting involved with the forum.
My partner and I have decided that we want to get into real estate to expand our investment portfolio and we believe house hacking is the best way to get started. Right now we are focused on educating ourselves and connecting with others that have a passion for real estate and/or experience house hacking on the north side of Chicago. Our focus is on 4-unit multifamily buildings.
We are really excited about the journey and look forward to learning from others in the forum and other area events.

You should definitely check out the Chicago RE Investor group that meets every month. You have some great locations to start off with that you can begin analyzing deals, best of luck!
