Hello BiggerPockets. I became licensed in March of this year, I'm on my second listing. Its a great property, however I'm having a time getting it sold. Welcoming all feedback so I can get a better understanding of the investors POV. I'm willing to learn as much as possible from those of you who've been doing numbers
