New to BP, New Jersey
Hello Everyone,
I am a new member located in Central Jersey. I am 34 and currently work full time as a Pharmacist. Interested in rentals and possibly flipping in the area.
I have 2 properties that are being rented out but they both started as my primary residence. I am currently in the process of selling one of them that has a decent amount of equity. It was not cash flowing much and with the current market I decided to cash out. I am interested in learning how to buy and hold in the local market. Trying to do some homework and wait for the market to cool down so I can start investing the capital I will be getting from the sale.
I am interested on any local meetups in central and northern NJ. Excited to meet some like minded people.
