I just want to say this is an excellent community of hardworking people who have a sincere interest in real estate. I enjoy the Over 20 years of experience has told me one thing, the opportunity will pass you by if you don't move now and your hesitation is just fear speaking due to a lack of preparation for that moment. I know how difficult it is to find good deals having 20 years of experience in development, appraisal, architecture. I wanted to share my contact information and company information to the forum so you have an added source for potential deals. We are a national auction firm located in Oklahoma.
Without advertising, I wanted to let you know I do work for an auction firm. I just want to share that as it is HARD to find good deals and we have some excellent auction opportunities in the REO-default and NonDefault (private sellers) on our website. One, in particular, would be excellent for RV/mobile home development with Oklahoma's most popular lake nearby, 22 condo units, and just finished selling an 80,000 SqFt executive airport hangar.
I'm trying not to advertise too much here but just help the community find their next deal...I just want you all to succeed and help you find transparency and simplicity in finding deals. I am only highlighting some of the opps that would be relevant for this community.
