Hi from Phoenix (It's HOT in here)

Hello everyone, I just joined BP and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Serdar and I am from Phoenix, AZ.

So far I have flipped one house in Phoenix with my parents and another partner to get a taste. I must say I liked the taste and I have been craving it ever since. I am also holding one rental property with the same partner and that was a pretty good deal too.

I work full time in biotech field as a researcher, and I would like to go into real estate flipping business full time. I am also thinking about taking advantage of having a job by buying a few rental properties with mortgage which would potentially pay for itself.

Now I need to dig deeper in this forum and learn more about this business.
