Attending my first REIA in 2 weeks
I am attending my first REIA in 2 weeks. I am brand new and not sure how to network. Do I need a business card to pass out or am just collecting business cards? I am looking for a team, multi-family properties and possibly buyers for partnering and wholesaling. I am a 56 yr. old woman looking for a 5 year plan to retire with 10K cash flow a month. I have over 100K equity in my home. I have a full-time sales job. Any help would be appreciated.
