30k credit at closing for renovations
Hello bp world. I am currently under contract to purchase my first rental property. In the contract we wrote that we want to purchase the property for 350k and get a 30K credit at closing. The lender just reached out that they couldn't do that, does anyone else know a creative way to get a credit like this from the sellers?
