Multifamily - Portland, OR

Hello everyone!

My name is Ash. I am a 30 something year old nurse anesthetist (CRNA) who is interested in getting more involved in real estate investing. 

I currently own one rental in OH but am looking to expand secondary to a move to Portland, OR in Q1 of 2022. 

I would like to find a multifamily (2 - 4 units) to live in one unit and rent out the others. 

Not sure what direction I want to go in for financing but would be very interested in speaking about: conventional, seller financing, FHA loans, or even a 203K FHA loan.
