Rookie in Lynchburg VA
Evening, all!
I am a newcomer from Lynchburg, VA looking to absorb as much information as possible. My wife and I currently own 1 rental "duplex" (main floor and basement) which was the first house we lived in. We house hacked that first property prior to moving to our current house before we knew "house hacking" was even a term! However, now that I am seeing the fruits of owning just a single property, I'm hooked on rentals.
I would love to connect with others from the area as I begin this journey and seek to find ways to purchase our second property. Searching the forums, I see old mentions of an REIA in Lynchburg - is that group still meeting on a regular basis?
