Intro. from Denver
Good afternoon. I'm a 29 year old lawyer living and working in downtown Denver. I've been in Colorado for about 3 years. I love it here. I'm crazy about the outdoors and am currently very into trail running and rock climbing.
I practiced in the real estate arena for several years before making a full-time move to real estate. I now work for an asset-backed lender based out of Boulder, CO and am consulting for a boutique commercial real estate investment group. I just acquired my broker's license and am looking forward to my first deal. I'm most interested in fix/flips and fix/holds although am very interested in other investment strategies.
I would love to get together with like-minded real estate professionals in/around the Denver area. First drink/cup of coffee is on me.
