New investor in WA. Hello!
Hello, BP Members!
I’m a 40-something husband and healthcare executive…or, at least, I was…a healthcare executive that is. I’m still married to my lovely wife, Erin, and gladly so!!
I lost my job a year ago and have been searching for the right opportunity. I’ve been pursuing the obvious – albeit less satisfying – career path by looking for my next leadership role in a healthcare organization. Wow! Is there a lot of competition!
Since I’m a bit disillusioned with my current career path, I am researching real estate investing - all aspects of it especially wholesaling, rehabbing/flipping, buy/hold, etc.
I have been interested in real estate investing since the early ‘90s, but have never done anything about it. Well, now is the time!
I am a fairly quick study, but being a complete newbie, I’m certain I’ll be asking a lot of questions and asking for tips, tricks, anecdotes, success stories, and any potential roadmaps to success.
Hopefully, somewhere along the line I’ll be able to help some of you out, too! I’m very good with research, “numbers,” business plans, and contracts so please feel free to contact me with questions.
