HI there, I am a Pro member; however, it has taken me awhile to jump out on faith as I learn the ropes. I have two properties that I own outright. The plan is to keep rehab and keep them as rental properties. Should I use the BRRR or the Rental Property tool to analyze these properties? Thank you
