    Hi Brandon,

    Thanks for your comment. I have no family in the US. It took almost a year to establish the right team here on the ground before I made the move. We buy distressed property, rehab, hold some and sell the rest.

    My biggest tip for foreign buyers is to make sure that they have people on the ground that have their interest at heart and not to invest no matter how long it takes to establish the right contacts.

    Also not to buy hoping the property will go up in value. Hoping is not a strategy. Buy based on the numbers in each particular deal. if the numbers work to suit their end goal then its good to proceed with the purchase.

    Thanks for your comment.

    The market in Australia is overpriced with minimum growth and very small cap rates.

    The only way to make money in the Australian market now is to manufacture with growth with a major rehab. This is my opinion off course lol ;)

    I have pretty much sold out of everything I own their and moved it to the US. It was a great time to do it especially with the Aussie dollar being so strong even tho it went down 10% in recent months.

    Wow, this is the first post I made when joining BP.

    Its great to see it again hehe

    To be honest with you I am glad to say that I have received no business from Bigger Pockets since I started posting.

    I am happy for this as it proves that I strictly contribute with sharing my experiences, opinions and perceptions and not any hidden agenda sale spiel posts.

    I also post with the hopes of building the business and personal brand along with taking the stigma out of turnkey companies hehe

    I have a handful of people outside of BP that would be happy to give a testimonial.

    Hey @Engelo Rumora. I have been reading your post/blogs for awhile now and was curious if you can give me some solid advice starting out. My goals are to work towards being financially free, so some day I can kick back on a beach with no worries. Anything helps I am just stuck in the middle afraid to pull the trigger on the wrong investment.

    Pull the the trigger, loose money. Learn from your mistakes. Pick yourself back up and keep moving forward.

    The longer you don't act, the less experience you will have and everything and everyone else will be ahead of you.

    It's a fast paced world mate and you need to keep up with it.

    Just take action and go from there.

    Start with SFH and then scale from there.

    I've done 400+ SFH and am only now looking at doing Multi's
