Roofing and real estate NE OHIO

Whats up BiggerPockets community, my name is Parker.  Heres a quick introduction about me

1. 🌎 Where you’re based + where you (hope to) invest

Im in Medina,Ohio currently which is about 40mins from Cleveland and 30 mins from Akron.  Im the Sales and Production Manager for a roofing company (Fixler).  Originally from Alabama but spent the last decade in collegiate strength and conditioning and started my real estate journey in Tallahassee Florida where I have a 4 unit. I also have a historic duplex in Ohio that my wife and I 203k'd when we moved up here. I hope to invest wherever I can build a team of high quality people.

2. 💫 What your goals are with joining BiggerPockets (e.g. buy my first house hack)

Mainly find more like minded people near Medina or Cleveland to meet with, that would eventually like to do some deals.  Also would like to use our Roofing and Construction company to drum up more work with fellow investors/flippers etc so everybody wins. 

3. 🤪 A fun fact about yourself

I fast everyday untill around 1-2pm
