Has anyone out there ever been apart of Juan Pablo's - 100% Financed multi-unit training program? If so, what was your experience? Pros and cons?

@Charles Cathey I agree big time with @Henry Lazerow. There is no free lunch man. Sellers are in a period of hyper low inventory, and even with higher rates, we are able to help sellers get top dollar when we list. I have not seen much activity from wholesalers or off market deals. Save up some cash and start investing. Use house hacking or bring in a partner if you want to accelerate your timeline.

Forget training programs just go find a 2-4 unit that cashflows positive after low down payment in an area you are willing to live for a year and that will get you into real estate! I have helped clients purchase over $30 million worth of investment properties doing this basic strategy in Chicago so feel free to reach out.

Those 100% no money left in type deals do not exist anymore in real life outside the get rich quick class. 5+ years ago those strategies did work on rare occasions but you still didn't need to pay a guru with all the free info on BP.

Not sure about any upsells, but it is a paid mentorship training course that you through and they assist with helping you learn how to find, finance, and close multi-unit property deals. Wondering if anybody has any feedback from the program. @Dell J.

Not familiar with this product.  Is it one of those  upsell till you pay thousands of dollars guru courses?
