Newbie from Memphis, Tn
Hey my name is Devin Davis. I reside in Memphis, Tn. I am 23 years old and I'm currently in the process of trying to obtain my real estate license. I actually took the state exam yesterday but failed the National portion unfortunately. I will be retaking it on the 3rd of September. Wish me luck! I've been interested in getting into the wholesale/investing side of real estate. Honestly not too sure where to start but i am learning as i go & reading a lot of helpful material. My girlfriend's father holds an RE license and does rehabbing and he is also a contractor. He is helping me also. But anyways, just wanted to say whats up to everyone. I'll be on the site to gain all the knowledge that i can.
