Looking for advice for Airbnb Arbitrage

Hey everyone,

My name is Mike Coleman and I’m new to the real estate world/BP. Looking to see if anyone has any advice or resources for getting into Airbnb Arbitrage/Master leasing. Would love to hear from someone who has been through it or is currently using it as their business model. It seems to be a great way to build up monthly income which I’d like to use to save for multi family properties.

Philadelphia is really cracking down on Air BNB in April 2022.  Many new regulations that will force a lot of arbitrage to break their leases.
