Hey everyone. My name is Daniel Rubenstein. Its a real pleasure to finally be able to take the time to make my introduction. I have been reading the beginners guide to real estate (awesome by the way) and occasionally reading a few posts here and there for a few weeks. So here I am. I am a complete newbie to real estate. I grew up in North Hollywood, CA, so I am real cali boy. I spent the last 8 years in New York for some school, and religious studies (im an orthodox jew), and I am moving back to LA next week, bringing along a Masters in Education and my recent ordainment as a Rabbi, as well as a few years experience as a Volunteer EMT. I am really excited to learn more about real estate. I already emailed Brandom and told him how amazing this site is, and how incredibly warm everyone is here on the forum. There is a very unique feeling of a sincere desire to help people here. Its amazing!! So, sorry for the long intro. but I hope to be able to learn a lot here and maybe even contribute (if i have anything to offer). Thanks!
