I am working toward my Real Estate Appraisers License. It will take about 2 years to reach the max level of licensing. I am already an accountant. So getting this under my belt, will and already is helping me in my investment decisions. If I had the financial ability I would already own more doors. But learning this is giving me a better perspective. I have A LOT more to learn!
I somehow believe that maybe a large number of investors are Real Estate Agents and/or Appraisers. Are there many on here?
