New investor in Colorado

Hi BP friends!!!

I am working on my first SFH BRRR in the town of Paonia, Colorado. For those who don't know the area, it's a gorgeous little town surrounded by farms, mountains, rivers and Vineyards.

numbers are looking good and I hope to refinance in December. once I get some cash back I will be shopping for 2 more properties on the western Slope area.

any RE agents around Delta, Grand Junction, Cedaredge, Hotchkiss, ec???
