neighborhoods in Indianapolis

I'm interested to invest in Indianapolis, Indiana. My budget is 100K$ and my strategy is buy&hold.

Can you please tell me about recommended neighborhoods, And what are the most important things that I should check before?

For 100k you're already looking in B-C neighborhoods. I'd suggest looking for a 3/1 or perhabs a 3/2 that needs some work. I'll reach out and PM you.
