Newbie from Toledo, OH

Hello BP nation, my name is Garrick Webb and I currently live around Toledo, OH. I've been lurking on here for a little while now, reading and learning as much as possible. I have no real experience in real estate other than owning a single family home for the last 3 years. I am employed full time with the Air National Guard so real estate will be my second job. Right now, I'm thinking buy and hold rentals with single family homes, duplex/triplex type properties. I'm still working on a business plan, but as of now, my goal is to provide myself with another revenue stream (rather than let my $$$ sit in a savings account).
