Newbie in New Martinsville WV
I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts and reading real estate books for the past few months and my husband and I finally decided to buy our first property. We haven't closed on the property yet but we are anxious to get started. We are planning on buying several properties over the next few years and we would like to buy some properties in a near by college town.
