New to BiggerPockets in South Florida!
Hi, my name is Richard Rheker and I'm a nineteen year old starting my real estate investment journey. I have been making my way through the BiggerPockets podcasts and have been delighted with the amount of quality information available. I'm located in Palm Beach County, Florida. I have been bird-dogging for my investor/friend since March 2013 and am in the process of acquiring my first investment property. I hope to start doing 4+ fix-and-flips a month by 2014. Any advice would be appreciated, looking to network with people who have experience in the business.
