New from Las Vegas, NV

Hey everyone my name is Rene Olive. I am living in Las Vegas, NV right now and have been stalking biggerpockets for a while now, but am just now admitting I'm here!

I have not done much with real estate(just some appraisals with my dad a long time ago!) but have always loved real estate and I love watching HGTV(because I'm sure that's exactly how real estate works..right?!!!) I am mostly interested in flipping and reselling homes and learning how to do this. That is my long term goal as of now, however if another strategy comes along that I find I am more comfortable with then I am open to it.

I'm excited to be on here and look forward to all the great information everyone has to share and I hope to be able to input some myself at some point!
