new member in East Tennessee!
Hello Bigger Pockets community. My name is Nathan Babcock and I am a contractor & newly lic. agent (as of July) in the tri cities area of East Tn. I have yet to hang my lic. with a brokerage, but have talked with two companies. I currently work with a small group of investors and agents in the area to provide remodeling and deferred maint. services. I am looking to expand my business to include investment properties of my own. I have spent the last 8 months learning as much as I can about the world of real estate investment through books, investment clubs, local investors, and of course Bigger Pockets (podcasts are great!). I will be sending out my first direct mail campaign this week. I am using yellow letters, targeting high equity, and listsource as my lead source. I am focusing on wholesaling, buy & hold, and fix & flip. If I can help anyone in my area to further their investing career please feel free to contact me. And if anyone anywhere has any suggestions / advice for me, please, PLEASE dont hesitate. My goal is to be a guest on the Bigger Pockets podcast, show # 250 or so. HAHA, no seriously!
