Beginning my RE journey
Hello all,
My name is Firas, and I'm looking to start investing in the STL area. My focus is buy-and-hold multi-unit properties (2-4 doors) that cash flow, with the immediate goal to close a deal by the end of this year. I've been researching and learning, but it's time to take action!
Would love to connect with others in the Saint Louis RE space, especially agents that specialize in multi-units as well as contractors for repairs and upgrades.
