Newbie Introduction :)
Hello, my name's Davis Chem and I'm an 18 year old situated in Southern California.
I'm looking to invest within an hour or two of LA county, ideally starting out with a house hack.
You're probably thinking about why I want to start investing and how it's probably a phase since I'm so young. I'll keep it short and sweet, I wanted to grow a RE portfolio to support my family. My mom's a hard working person, but she's never been business savy. My dad on the other hand is very entrepreneurial minded and has some success running a business. He's out of the country right now for business and most of that responsibility landed on me so I'm managing a small business while thinking about how I can start investing with what I have.

@Davis Chem hey! Have you read Craig Curelop’s book “the house hacking strategy “? This is a great starting point reference if you are considering house hacking.
