Hello everyone I'm a new member from Virginia. My goal is to buy multiple investment properties to be able to retire in 18 years and have other income and something to leave my son. I have looked through a lot of people post and it seems like there is a wealth of knowledge here. I'm looking forward to learning from you all. Thanks new member Matt
