Real Estate Club in CT
Hi, im reaching out to all investors in CT. Im looking to start and Real Estate/Landlord association club around the Danbury area. I was curious if there were any investors that would like to join me in the process on creating this group. I am very new to investing so I was definitely looking for someone with some pretty good knowledge on investing. But I have been looking to join a club that was near by me and not over and hour away. I couldn't find one so I thought why not start one. Any questions or tips for me on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated . Id love to talk with anyone. I am in Newtown. What is the actual goal of this group? Usually all these REI groups are a waste of time in my opinion. If it can bring actual value I am all ears.
