Cash Out Refinance Lenders

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

I am looking for a lender for a cash-out refinance loan in Hartford, CT. I've had the property for 2 months so far. Since closing we already did the full rehab and rented all units. 

Can anyone refer over any lenders that work with investors utilizing the BRRRR method? This is my 6th property in 18 months.
