STR Panama City Beach Search

My Emerald Coast folks... Sites like Realtor.com don't show zoning or say whether STR is cool or not, most of the time. I accessed the GIS for PCB, but there's got to be a better way to search for STR in PBC than manually locating each prospect in GIS to see zoning. Any ideas? Thanks!

@Benjamin Carver

Here is the link to our zoning map

https://baycountygis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Viewer/index. htm1? appid=

88d8079453ec4792aa 5b6d2aba 909ab3

Put in your address in the search box at top left of the page. On the right side you will see the zoning colors.

Per the Land Development Code transient rentals are allowed in the following zoning districts: R2, R3, R-TH,CL, CM and CH (R1-C if south of Front Beach Road)
