North Central Florida market bubble
I have been watching the north central Florida market for the past 9 months and see no end insight to escalating prices. Would like others' view of the market - seems to me quite volatile to invest in currently, and fear of real estate bubble has cause me hesitation in purchasing. What are seasoned investors' feeling about market conditions over the next few years? Is the bubble coming?
