First time buyer trying to setup an LLC !
Hello everyone, I am a first time home buyer looking to invest while in college. The great news is I secured a private loan and got an "cash" offer accepted! However, I would like to purchase it under an LLC business that I just created. The issue is I had started the title information under my name while it was getting approved.
Will I have to wait until I fully close on the house next month or can I still get it under the LLC name rather than personal prior to closing? If so, how can I do this?
