Can anyone recommend a good general contractor for Hollywood FL or in the Broward County area?

I have a small rental property I need to do some repairs and upgrades to.  I'm looking to get bids this week. ASAP

Someone with reasonable prices, good work,  professional, and can pull permits/licensed.
