Fellow BP-ers,

I live in NY and recently met a gentleman(in local REIA) who invests in SFRs in Inverness, FL. He had very positive things to say about Inverness and the returns he gets.

I own a few SFRs myself in OH and always wanted to diversify in to other states/areas. Also, it is getting really difficult to get the kind of returns that I used to get in OH. 

I would like to chat with other investors at Inverness to understand even more about that market.  Thank you for reading my post.
