Gulf Coast REIA vs Professional Investors Guild - Destin

Hey guys, 

Looking for advice on two different REI Groups.

Gulf Coast REI Associate (Meets in Pensacola which is about an hour commute from me)

Professional Investors Guild (PIG) - Destin

(Meets in Destin which is about 10 minute commute for me)

These are two that hit my local searches on facebook and google.

It looks like they both warranted positive reviews.

Do you have any experience with them?  Are they legit?  I'd say I'm pretty cautious on this kind of stuff due to a bad history with Multi Level Marketing scams.

If it had the "Bigger Pocket's" endorsement I'd be a lot more comfortable.

There is no comparison, go to the PIG meeting in Destin or Pensacola.  I am a member of both and had to chose one strictly due to time constraints. 

I also run a meet up once a month in Pace, FL if you want to drive out there. It's only networking, there isn't any instruction on specifics of real estate investing. We have a great group of active investors that attend who are actually doing deals now, not just talking about it. There are quite a few members on here who attend.
