South Florida - Wholesale overload?
Hello folks,
I own a rental property in Broward County, and in the last 2 months I've been getting 3-5 postcards per week from wholesalers marketing in the area... compared to less than 3 postcards/month a year ago. Anyone one else seeing these numbers?
