Florida Condo HOA By Law Concern

Hi all, I am new here and just went under contract on a condominium in Cape Canaveral today which were built in the 60's. I received the HOA declaration today as well and as I am concerned with the legality of one of the by laws.

"Minor children or grandchildren of an owner of a unit may occupy that unit along with adult parents, grandparent or grandparents for a period or periods not to exceed a total of thirty (30) days per year."

Keep in mind, this is not a 55+ community as I would have never considered that in the first place since I am only 33.  The main reason I chose to buy this condo is to spend more time with my son on the weekends and during his summer break as he lives in that area and I am 2 hours away in Tampa.

Is this even legal?
