Condoes and apartments in Florida

Hi, My name is Michal and I am new to the forum. I am working with an investor who would like to purchase several properties in Florida for rental purpose. His preference is to purchase 3 condos or apaetmemts (preferably in the same building or complex) in an average price of $25000 - $30000. I would be glad to learn from others experience on recommended areas for such deal as well as what would be the best way to locate a "triple deal"...thank you in advance for any advice!

@Connor Heim @Michal Litvak I think I need to adjust me glasses.  I thought that was $250,000 to $300,000
