Lawyers in Greater Fort Lauderdale Area?

Does anyone have any recommendations here? When I jump on google or yelp....there are just so many...it's a little overwhelming 0_o

Also, any thoughts on some preliminary questions or filters I should use when evaluating potential lawyers? For example, should they too be a real estate investor?

Currently, I'm looking for a lawyer to help me navigate transferring a title from my parents to me (in SFL).

@Aaron Simek, Depends on what you're wanting the realtor for.  If you're looking for a closing attorney like you use in NY then you want a realtor who specifically deals with title insurance contracts and closings.

Asset protection and estate planning are all different animals and most attorneys will specialize or be in a firm where all specialities are represented.

I'm not sure how much you'll benefit from an attorney who is also an investor. The law is the law.  Unless you're looking for strategic counsel.  And in that case I'm not sure I'd limit my search to an attorney.
