Thoughts/experience with RP Funding's no closing cost refi's?

Anyone have feedback on RP Funding program that's paying all closing costs for refi's?

@Geoffrey Pierce @Melvin List I used RP Funding for a mortgage at the end of 2016, they covered all closing costs and it was 4.25%.  Overall a good experience, I worked with about 4 different people throughout the process, so I had to keep track of who was doing what when I had questions.
