Tax preparer or CPA recs?

Hi all! We are looking to start getting involved in real estate investing! You have multiple ideas including multi family, SFR, perhaps Airbnb and even farmland or running a business renting out to farmers for the agricultural exemption. Anyway, we need someone to help with taxes and tax advising ( to maximize tax deductions, etc and would love to Hear your recommendations. Would prefer an investor themselves. Thank you!
