Hi,

   Does anyone have a recommendation for a multifamily General Contractor who can provide a quote on capex items for a 107 unit apartment complex in Pensacola, FL?

Items we need them to inspect and provide quotes on include roofs, HVAC, pool area, landscaping, irrigation, look at building structure, look at the foundation, etc.
