@Darren Winslow I'm a real estate investor and a realtor in orlando and Kissimmee, and my CPA is located in another city , What I wanted to say is that you don't need to have a CPA that lives in the city where the properties are located or even the state, now the best CPAs in the country works virtually and they do everything through EMAIL. ( what you want to ask for though is that the CPA have experience working with Real estate Investors or maybe he is a REI himself.
