Insurance Options for Rehab
I'm venturing into my first house hacking project with a house that's going to need work. Now I'm hitting a snag with insurance. The mortgage company that I've selected won't accept builder's risk. I've ruled out a construction loan since I want to do the work myself. Any other ideas?
